I sent a query for "help" but got the following message, "Sorry, '@@!@@' did not return any results." Why did this happen?
It may be that something went wrong with your query when it was routed to Google, and we got "@@!@@" instead of "help." First, you should check to make sure that your device is not configured to add signatures to outgoing text messages. If the signatures are turned off on your device and you're consistently experiencing this problem, please let us know.
